Product Guarantee
I believe that you will love any piece of handmade jewellery that you purchase from me, however in the event that you are not 100% satisfied I will gladly provide a full refund, given that the item(s) is returned to me in its original condition within 14 days. All returns must be unused.
Product Aftercare
If you purchase an item of jewellery from Carabijoux, you can rest assured that if the item were to break from normal wear I will be happy (where possible) to repair it free of charge. If the item is damaged through neglect I would be happy to try and repair it, and charge only for the components that have been replaced. Where an item is being repaired postage costs are not included.
Privacy Policy
Please be assured that Carabijoux will NEVER pass your personal data on to ANY third party. If you do supply me with your personal information it will be used only for purchasing purposes, or for keeping you up to date with information about Carabijoux (with your prior permission).
Ordering
The Carabijoux website offers payment through a secure PayPal shopping basket for convenience, however should you wish to order or pay using more traditional methods please do contact me for further information.
Shipping
Shipping has a flat charge of £2.50 per order, on a 'First Class Recorded Signed For' basis in the UK. At present, shipping is only available to UK destinations, however shipping outside the UK may be accommodated. Please contact me for further information.
ALL ITEMS WILL BE DESPATCHED WITHIN 7 DAYS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT THE TIME OF ORDERING SHOULD YOU REQUIRE YOUR ITEM SOONER THAN THIS.

From time to time, Carabijoux will offer customers a special offer of differing types. Unless specified, this promotion is only available to be used once, and not in conjunction with any other offer. Where an item will be supplied as a complimentary gift this is limited to one item per person, not per purchase, and is subject to availability.
