I has been making jewellery since I was a little girl, and the fascination of all things beady has been with me ever since! Whilst I did have some jewellery-making classes when I was 9 years old at a bead shop in Chester, my ability to create beautiful one-off pieces of jewellery has been self-developed over the years.

 

I am 24 years old, and live with my husband Andy, pooch Cadbury, and kitten Izzy in a little town in the midst of North Wales. Most of my collection has been inspired by the objects and colours that can be found in this beautiful area of the world.

 

 

If you are looking for jewellery that is unique and original, you have come to the right place! Due to the nature of the way I source my beads and create my pieces, practically all of the designs are one-off. If you see something on this website that has been sold and you would have liked to purchase it, do get in touch as I may be able to make something similar - but never exactly the same!

 

 

My bead collection is somewhat extensive, from gathering and sourcing beads from all over the world. My jewellery is created from a whole wealth of different types of beads and findings - from funky modern designs to more traditional earthy semi-precious stones. Some are even sourced in antique shops - guaranteeing nobody else will have a necklace or earrings the same as you! You will find a list of the beads used next to each item in the online shop.

 

 

The fastenings and findings used in jewellery from Carabijoux are for the most part either gold or silver plated. This gives a nice clean finish without costing the earth!

 

On most items, the plated clasps or findings can be exchanged for Sterling Silver for an additional cost - please ask for more details.
